Is my brokerage account safe?+
Yes. We connect via your broker's official OAuth API — the same way apps like Mint connect to your bank. We never see or store your password. Your broker handles all order execution and custody of funds. Tickfills only sends trade instructions; your broker decides whether to execute them.
Which brokerages are supported?+
Webull, tastytrade, E*TRADE, and Wealthsimple are currently supported via SnapTrade. We're adding new brokerages regularly — Interactive Brokers and Robinhood are next on the roadmap.
Can I control how much risk I take?+
Absolutely. You set max position size, daily loss limits, and total allocation per trader. Tickfills enforces these limits before any order is sent. The engine refuses to break your rules — even if a trader you follow does.
How fast do trades execute?+
Tickfills uses direct broker APIs and real-time connections — no webhooks or middleware in between. The system reacts the moment a trader you follow fills, then sends the order to your broker. Your broker handles the actual execution speed from there.
What's the difference between Lite and Pro?+
Lite ($199/month or $1,332/year) is Tickfills with you in the loop: every trade from the traders you follow arrives as an alert — on your lock screen, in the app and on the dashboard — already sized to your risk settings, and nothing goes to your brokerage until you approve it (you have 5 minutes). Lite includes the live flow feed, charts with exposure, multi-broker connections, risk controls and the Discord. Pro, coming soon, is everything in Lite plus hands-free replication — trades land the moment they fill, no tap — and Horizon, our AI strategy engine.
When does Pro open, and what will it cost?+
Pro is in its final stretch. Pricing is announced at launch, and the waitlist hears first — join from the Pro card above; there's no charge and no card. If you're on Lite when Pro opens, you can move over without losing your traders, settings or history.
