1. Subscription and Payment

Tickfills offers monthly subscription plans at the prices listed on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc.

Billing cycle: Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews monthly on that same date.
Refund policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for partial months.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the form below or by emailing us directly. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. Cancellation does not automatically close any open positions in your brokerage account — you are responsible for managing your own positions.
