1. Subscription and Payment

Tickfills LLC offers monthly and annual subscription plans, and one-time ("lifetime") purchases, at the prices listed on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the billing period you selected. All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc.

• Billing cycle: Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Lifetime purchases are a single one-time payment granting access for as long as Tickfills commercially offers the applicable service.
• Refund policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the form below or by emailing us directly. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. Cancellation does not automatically close any open positions in your brokerage account — you are responsible for managing your own positions.
